Hey guys and gals!
It’s been a good while since I have been with you. I have been thinking quite a bit lately about what it means to be free. We could look at free in the sense of financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually, or any other way. However, I want to keep this simple.
Freedom in your lifestyle. The ability to do what you want when you want, because you are physically able to do so. Maybe its talking up the stairs in your house. It could be being able to wake up every day and get your mail at the end of the long, long, long, super long driveway. Sometimes people can’t even walk a few steps in their own house, because their health is so poor their body doesn’t work properly.
THAT. IS. SLAVERY.
Not being able to move, have energy to play with kids or family, or just being unable to do the daily tasks that most people do and take for granted. NO ONE should have to live in that type of slavery.
However, there is a way out. It’s pretty simple.
GET UP AND GET IT DONE!
1. Move- go walk, run, jog, bike, life weights, join a class, do whatever it takes. Sitting around thinking about why you can’t do something will only leave you in petrified fear or not taking action and subconscious screwing yourself.
2. Nutrition- eat right, lean & clean, supplements correctly, nutrient timing, nutrient timing, nutrient timing! What you eat is super important, but just as important is when you eat. Having fewer meals a day destroys your body and makes you a blob storing lots of fat in your system. Smaller meals more frequent is the key!
3. Rest- it’s vital. Most people don’t sleep enough, or properly energize themselves through out the day. it all comes down to being able to sleep better and that gives you momentum for the day.
Stick with these simple suggestions and crush any and all goals you have specifically revolving around self inflicted slavery!
